30-day returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your PawTime feeder to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
How to start a return: Email us at support@gistores.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions once approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
